Payment have to be sent via Fax or secure e-mail.
Rates include l taxes, as foreign tourist to Chile do not pay the 19% IVA tax.
Rates include breakfast.
You will receive via e-mail a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

1) Cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule arrival, or no shows will forfeit the prepayment. 2) Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged a USD25 processing fee. 3) In the case of a refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival your credit card will be credited your prepayment less the USD 25 charge (point 2 above) within 5 business days.
