All our rooms in the Naguilan Hotel are equipped so that his stay is very pleasing, we have system of heating centralized and individual by room, deprived baths, telephone, TV cable and writing-desks of work in all of them. Optionally we can install personal computers to them, fax, video, to frigobar, cradles for you drink and/or additional beds if you wish it and to thus warn us in their reserve. Payment and Cancellations Policies
Payment:
We acept Payment by VISA,MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
On your  credit card stament  you will see a chargefrom BuyChile US .

Payment have to be sent via Fax or secure e-mail.

Rates include l taxes, as foreign tourist to Chile do not pay the 19% IVA tax.

Rates include breakfast.

You will receive via e-mail a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the hotel.
 
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule arrival, or no shows will forfeit the prepayment. 

2) Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged a USD25 processing fee.

3) In the case of a refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival your credit card will be credited your prepayment less the USD 25 charge (point 2 above) within 5 business days.
