Right in the middle of downtown is located one of the oldest buildings of the entire Patagonia, the centenary old mansion formerly owned by Don Jose Nogueira and Doña Sara Braun, two characters who "wrote" the history of Patagonia. In this historic place, which holds the National Monument status, was settled an exclusive hotel of 25 rooms, all of them keeping the old magnificent style. The available space was adapted to the original structure and architecture, therefore, some rooms turned out to be bigger than others, but each one of them finely decorated emphasizing three suites. Your stay at Hotel José Nogueira will enhance your knowledge of Patagonia history and it will give you a better understanding of the development of this territory (The bottom of the world).

Rates include l taxes, as foreign tourist to Chile do not pay the 19% IVA tax.

You will receive via e-mail a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the hotel.
 
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule arrival, or no shows will forfeit the prepayment. 

2) Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged a USD25 processing fee.

3) In the case of a refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival your credit card will be credited your prepayment less the USD 25 charge (point 2 above) within 5 business days.
