Hotel Altiplanico is a place for introspection where you can experience the immensity of the Atacama Desert. Well located on spacious grounds on the edge of town, the hotel offers an ideal place to relax, being close to San Pedro and yet at the same time immersed in a peaceful surrounding. All the rooms in our hotel have a terrace facing the Andes on the east. The distribution of the rooms has been carefully planned to maintain the guests' privacy.
They have been decorated with care, combining native elements from the area and from other parts of the world, which give them a harmonious, unique atmosphere.
Every room has a private bathroom, hot water, and purified drinking water for consumption by our guests.
To accommodate groups of different sizes, the hotel has rooms for one to five people. There are connecting rooms that provide more space and comfort for larger groups of travelers and families.

Payment and Cancellations Policies
Payment:
We acept Payment by VISA,MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
On your  credit card stament  you will see a chargefrom BuyChile US .

Payment have to be sent via Fax or secure e-mail.

Rates include l taxes, as foreign tourist to Chile do not pay the 19% IVA tax.

Rates include breakfast.

You will receive via e-mail a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the hotel.
 
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule arrival, or no shows will forfeit the prepayment. 

2) Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged a USD25 processing fee.

3) In the case of a refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival your credit card will be credited your prepayment less the USD 25 charge (point 2 above) within 5 business days.
